One of my dive buddies has just got the metalsub and swears by it very
bright
with a long burn time plus the ability to use a lower power setting for an
even
longer burn time.

I've got the nutter hard b@stard JMD anondised torch (the dark green one)
and managed to get it for the same price as the ordinary model and can't
complain much about it, it's very bright but can only do one power mode
(retina burn mode). Thou after discussing an idea with JMD I'm told it is
possible to put a 30W bulb in it instead of the 50W bulb and for that you
get
just over 2hours of burn time.
