This is probably one of the most stupid questions anyone has asked, but
here goes.

A while ago I posted a question recommending items of kit. The general
consensus regarding BC's was to go for wings. My question is... what
are the advantages of wings. People say better position in the water
etc, but how is this achieved if I’m using my dry suit to control my
buoyancy. And also although wings may be perfect for twin tank dives
in the UK won't I experience some off balance when only doing on a
single tank dive, and I’ve also had some people tell me that they've
had difficultly with air being trapped in one side or the other.
