If you follow proper procedure and also carry a pony, you are that much
safer. Forget the terminology, it is a source of air. As a source of air,
having a pony with your single tank is no less sensible than optional
airbags in a compact car. Sure, a large vehicle is safer, but the addition
of airbags to either one increases safety.
