Due to recent developments, I think its best for me to leave the list for a
while, at least until the court room stuff has run its course (and it is
going to!) My available restraint at this point is very thin.

All this *shit* with Black and Nydivecon has reached the point where legal
issues are going to hit the courts, and prudence requires that I remain

If there was anything I have to apologize for, its that I didn't ignore
these yaks sooner. I realize that my continued battles with them have
derailed the list from some positive discussion, but, these battles have
also sparked a lot of thought and reflection, and, hopefully, brought a lot
of bullshit out of the darkness, to be seen in the light of reason.

I have met some *really* great people through my interaction here, and I
hope that I have provided some food for thought, and a reason to look beyond
what the RSTC is willing to sell divers, there really is a lot out there
that simply isn't addressed by this Council and its member agency's.
