Here's another true-life testimonial for Spare Air.
Me and my grandmother in law, see we were doing our weekly deep dive here in Devil's Cove. It got it's name from all the bad things that happened down there you see. Anyway here we were swimmin along at 130 feet when all of a sudden my air just stopped, no warning at all. I had checked everything up top like you supposed to anyway the air just stopped. So give the grandma the out of air sign, but to my horror she give me an out of air sign back. So here we are at 130 feet 10 foot vis water cold 55 both out of air. I thought we was a goner, but then I remembered the little bottle grandma made me take down. So I get this little silver bottle and give it a suck. Boy was this the sweetest breath I has ever taken. Then I pass the bottle to grandma. To make a long story short we made it back up buddy breathing like we were taught in our blessed PADI diver safety course. We made all our decos and safety stop. Back on surface I check the Spare Air and sure enough still 500 pounds pressure in that wonderful bottle. Praise the lord for Spare Air. Wouldn't dive without it. Adam |
