Well, I set my secondary up on a necklace tonight, and put a 6' hose on my
primary, then, after donning all my gear in the livingroom (and having the
wife laugh at me quite alot) I practiced dropping the primary from my mouth
and then seeing how quickly I could get my secondary into my mouth. Needless
to say it was a vast improvement over the goofy green secondary holder on my
BC. while I disagree with some aspects of DIR, I just wanted to share with
the group that I found this part of the configuration to be excellent.
Thanks to Lee Bell and a few others that I can't remember off the top of my
head (sorry ) for all the information that I've sponged up about DIR
configs. Hoping to learn more in the years to come!
