Hi, I was wondering out of interest if anyone out there has any sort of real
info on the percentage of people that fail introductory classes such as OW.
It would seem to me that the figure probably isn't as high as it should be,
b/c we all have seen a few people in the water that shouldn't have been able
to obtain a card.

I would also predict that for some agencies it might be higher than others,
but as to which ones, I don't want to bring up that deluge of fire so we'll
leave that for another thread .
