Hi I've finally decided to buy into some underwater photography equipment.
What I'm looking for is a recommendation as to what to buy. I would like to
avoid the "point-and-shoot" variety, as I don't want a piece of junk that
may serve me well now but will soon be outgrown. I want to learn the "real
deal" and figure out controls and etc. I really want to buy a used Nikonos
III or IV-A, and I realize it may be a lot for me right now, but I want to
learn what to do, not just point and press a button. Past that I like the
looks of the MX-10. Does anyone have any particular experience with any of
these, or possibly suggestions for other models to look at? Thanks for the
