DIR is more that just buying a certain configuration gear. Four of us,
long-time friends and dive buddies, just finished Andrew Georgitsis' DIR
rec. class today...well that is not exactly correct...none of us feel like
we finished anything; we just started learning something. What we have
learned so far is that we have a lot to learn. I,m sure that when we learn
some more we'll see we have even more to learn than we thought!

Education/Experience/Equipment - one without the others won't cut it.

Throwing equipment dollars at the internet version of "Walter Mitty goes
DIR" won't make you DIR. You really do need training.
Fifth D even starts their OW students out with DIR principles....I am
impressed with what I've seen and learned....
