I live in the NY area and go to their shop in Manhatten which is also there mail
order distribution center. I have had great service and gotten great prices. The
Local divers to me to stick with their Name Brand stuff and not their personal
line.
As far as warrenties don't know and didn't care the money I saved more then
offsets any warrenty claims I may encounter before the warenties run out.
Remember even if the factory does not honer the warrenty because it was bought
from a no authorized dist. doesn't mean a local shop including LP can't fix it.
They have an in house service center.
