I've used baby oil to make my semi-dry neoprene gloves easier to get on.
This has the added bonus of making the tight neoprene wrist seals on my
dry-suit easier to get off too.

It occurs to me now though that baby oil might be bad for neoprene. That
true?

(You'd be amazed how many people I don't tell that I'm into rubber suits and
baby oil on a weekend).
