I was told by a local scuba shop that is is standard procedure to O2 clean
Nitrox tanks. What are the current policies for O2 cleaning Nitrox tanks? If
a dive shop can only fill Nitrox with Partail Blending, which require O2
clean tanks, do they have the auhtority to O2 clean your tanks without
asking for permission? Of course, they will not do it for free, and surprise
you with the bill when you pickup your tanks.
