I am a newbie diver with the ink still drying on my card. I'll be in the
Keys next week on my first real dives after the quarry and I'm wondering
what the tipping etiquette is for the boat captain/owner. Is it common
practice to tip, and if so how is it done? (After every dive, after the
last dive of the trip, etc?)
