Smarter and safer by WHOS definition scott and the DIR zealots? I HARDLY think
having recreational divers on an o2 heavy trimix is either safe OR smart! As he
said in his post, the computers (which have GREATLY enhanced recreational
safety) are useless, there are ascent considerations, and combine that with the
uncertainty surrounding helium offgassing in recreational profiles the
inability to analyze components other than 02 percentage, and the relative
inexperience of most fill stations in blending helium mixes and you are
inviting disaster.

Trimix is a level to be earned... After you have sufficient experience, and
