was this face to face? To whom was Popeye speaking when these utterances
occurred and what damages were caused? Had Popeye met with GIII and threatened
him? There's claims of slander and threats, and if true are beyond the scope
of social acceptability. However, I have, as I have stated, no knowledge of

still don't. GIIIs own track record in print could possibly ellicit such
commentary in return, after all, he has a scathing commentatery himself, and
not, as in the case of "Deep air killed Sheck" if that is accurately attributed
, not even true. That however would be written, making it libel.
